Understanding your balance

Your balance isn't a single number. It's several, depending on the status each income is in.

The four balances

• Pending — income from reports that aren't confirmed yet.
• Confirmed — confirmed reports, but UXEM hasn't received the money from the platform yet.
• Available — UXEM has received the payment from the platform. This is the balance that can be transferred to you.
• Paid — the total that has already been transferred to you.

An income moves through Pending → Confirmed → Available → Paid. Only the Available balance enters the next payout run.

Other figures in the section

• Total earned — the accumulated gross.
• Platform commission — the amount deducted by UXEM.
• Net earned — total earned minus commission.
• Last payout — date, amount and days elapsed since your last transfer.
