The general contract

It has no expiration date, but it can be updated. If it changes, you'll be asked to accept it again from My Contract. Until you accept it, you'll see the pending notice.

Signature contracts

A signature contract has an expiration date (by default, 30 days from when it's sent).

• While it's pending, the page shows its status and the days remaining.
• If it expires without being signed, it has to be resent.
• When all parties sign, it moves to completed.

Where to see the status

Each contract shows its status in its own view: sent, in progress, completed or cancelled, along with the expiration date when applicable.
