Referral commissions

How they're generated

Each time a person you referred subscribes to or renews a plan, a referral commission is created on that sale, based on the percentage assigned to your code.

A commission's statuses

• Pending — the sale was recorded; the commission isn't confirmed yet.
• Approved — confirmed and ready to be included in a payout.
• Paid — transferred to you in a referral payout.
• Cancelled — the sale was voided or didn't proceed (refund, chargeback…).

Where they're shown

In the Referral dashboard, each row shows the referred user, the original sale, your commission, the currency and the status.
