When you get paid
The conditions and schedule for royalty payouts.
The two conditions
The payout happens when both are true:
- You have an Available balance — UXEM has collected those royalties from the platforms.
- Your payout account is verified.
The schedule
Payouts run in UXEM's periodic process. There's no fixed date you can choose and no button to bring it forward.
Why it takes time from the play
Remember the earlier journey:
- A stream takes one to three months to arrive as a report.
- The income moves to Confirmed when the report is final.
- It only becomes Available when the platform pays UXEM.
That's why there are usually several months between the play and the payout.
Where you see it
In the balance section you see the date and amount of your last payout and the days elapsed.
