Why a payout can be delayed
Common causes of a delayed payout and how to resolve them.

Common causes
- There's no Available balance yet. You have income in Pending or Confirmed, but the platform hasn't paid UXEM yet.
- Payout account not verified, rejected or incomplete. Check its status and fix what was flagged.
- Incomplete tax information in your profile.
- Ownership certificate unreadable or not matching the account holder.
- A previous payout failed (wrong bank details, closed account) and is under review.
- Adjustments in progress on your reports that need to be consolidated before paying.
What to do
- Check that your payout account is Verified.
- Check that your tax information and your country of residence are complete.
- Look at your balance: if it's in Pending or Confirmed, it isn't payable yet.
- If there's an Available balance unpaid after the usual cycle and everything above is in order, contact us.
