Complete your profile
How to fill in your identity, contact details, language and tax information in My Profile, which fields are required, and what counts as a complete profile.
Your profile holds your real name, your contact details and your preferences. After you register it starts with placeholder data (name "Pendiente Completar", username "temp_…"); completing it is one of the first steps before you operate.
Where your profile is
Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the panel and choose My Profile. It doesn't appear in the side menu.
The page is split into collapsible sections. When you're done, click Save Changes at the bottom.
Identity
- First Name and Last Name — your real details. Required. They replace the placeholders from registration.
- Username — a unique identifier, using letters, numbers and dashes. Required.
- Email — your account's primary email. Required and unique. Changing it is covered in Change your email.
- Profile Photo — optional. A square image, up to 2 MB; you can crop it in the editor.
- Digital Signature — optional. An image of your signature, for documents that require it.
Contact
- Country — your country of tax residence.
- City and Address.
- Postal Code — if it applies in your country.
- Country Code and Phone — the international prefix (for example
+57) and the number, digits only.
These details are used to contact you and for payment and tax matters.
Language
In Preferences, the Language field changes the language of the interface and of communications. The change applies immediately, with no need to save.
Tax or company information
This section is optional. Turn it on only if you operate as a company or need invoicing with a NIT/RUT:
- Enable I operate as a company.
- Fill in Company Name, NIT / Tax ID and RUT if applicable.
If you're an individual, leave it off.
Other profile sections
- Security — change your password. Covered in Change your password.
- Current Commission — informational only: it shows your effective commission percentage and where it comes from. It isn't edited here.
- Registered Payment Accounts — a summary of your payout accounts. The Add Payment Account button takes you to the matching form; covered in Add your payout details.
Saving your changes
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page. You'll see the confirmation Profile updated successfully.
Cancel discards what you've typed and takes you back to the previous page.
Language is the only exception: it's saved as soon as you select it.
What a complete profile needs
For your account to have a complete profile you need, at minimum:
- Real First Name and Last Name (not the registration placeholders).
- Your own Username (without the
temp_prefix). - Phone and Country.
