Create your account and sign in
How to register with your email and a password, what happens right after, how to verify your email, sign in and recover access.
To use UXEM you need an account with your email and a password. Registration is short: artist details and your plan are set up afterwards.
Create your account
- Go to the registration page (Create account), from the UXEM site or from the "Create account" link on the sign-in screen.
- Enter your email address.
- Choose a password of at least 8 characters and repeat it to confirm.
- Click Create account and continue.
Your name isn't asked at this step: you add it later when you complete your profile.
Use a real, permanent email. Temporary or disposable addresses are rejected.
What happens right after
- Your account is created and you're signed in automatically.
- We take you to the choose a plan screen.
- We send a verification email to the address you registered.
Verify your email
Open the email we sent and click the verification link.
It's not required to start using the panel, but you'll see a reminder banner until you do it.
If it doesn't arrive:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you typed the address correctly.
- Use Resend verification email from the banner or the verification page.
Sign in
- Go to the Sign in page.
- Enter your email address and your password.
- Check Keep me signed in if you want to stay logged in on that device.
- Click Log In.
You'll go straight to your panel. If the details don't match, you'll see Invalid credentials: check the email and password (watch out for Caps Lock).
If you forgot your password
- On the sign-in screen, click Forgot my password.
- Enter your email and submit the request.
- You'll get a link to set a new password.
The link expires for security. If it's expired, repeat the process to request a new one.
Sign out
Open your account menu at the top right of the panel and choose Sign out.
Problems registering or signing in
- "The email is invalid or temporary": use a real, permanent email provider, not a disposable email service.
- "Too many registration attempts": there's a security limit. Wait a while and try again.
- I can't sign in after several tries: sign-in is temporarily locked after several failed attempts in a row. Wait a few minutes and try again, or reset your password.
- I'm not receiving any email from UXEM: check spam, confirm the address, and resend the verification; if it still doesn't arrive, contact support.
