Transfer ownership of a project
How the change of holder is coordinated.

Transferring an artist, a catalog or an account to another person is not self-service: it's coordinated with the UXEM team.
What to request
Contact us stating:
- What's being transferred: the whole account, a specific artist, or some releases.
- Who the current holder is and who the new holder is.
- The reason (catalog sale, label change, disbanding a group, etc.).
What's needed
- A written agreement between both parties.
- Identity verification of the current holder and the new one.
- That the new holder's payout accounts and tax details are in order before any royalties are moved.
What's transferred
The releases, their codes (ISRC/UPC), the history and — depending on the case — the pending balance. The team confirms the exact scope with you before making the change.
