Create a split and add participants
Los pasos para crear una división, qué datos pide cada participante y qué reglas sigue el porcentaje total.
Splits are in Splits, inside Catalog.
Creating the split
- Click to create a split.
- Choose the Release. Only distributed releases without an active split appear.
- Give it a Split Name (for example, Manager Agreement) and, optionally, a description.
- The split starts from the creation date.
- Add the participants.
- Save.
Each participant
For each participant you provide:
- Email — whether or not they're registered on UXEM.
- Name (optional) — the display name.
- Percentage (%).
Next to each email you'll see its status: ✓ Registered user or ⚠ Will receive an invitation to register.
The total percentage
- It can't exceed 100%.
- It must be greater than 0.
- It can be below 100% (the system warns you, but allows it).
The total is shown live as you edit: green at 100%, amber below, red if you go over.
After creating it
The split is in the Pending status: invitations are sent and each participant has to accept them. Those without an account receive an invitation to register on UXEM.
The form isn't editable after the split is created; changes are made with the split's actions (see Edit or cancel a split).
