How each participant gets paid
Qué necesita cada participante para recibir su parte y cómo llega el dinero a su balance.
In a split, each participant is paid directly: their share is credited to their own UXEM balance.
What each participant needs
- A UXEM account. Participants without one receive an invitation to register; until they accept, the split doesn't activate.
- Their payout details registered (see Add your payout details).
How the money arrives
Each time a royalty report for the release is processed:
- UXEM's commission is deducted.
- The net is split according to the split's percentages.
- Each participant's share enters their balance.
From there, payment follows the normal process: UXEM processes payouts periodically (see How payouts are processed).
Details
- The percentage in effect on each report's date is the one used.
- While the split is Pending or Expired, it distributes nothing.
- If the split is terminated, it stops distributing future reports; what's already been credited isn't reversed.
