Use your own domain for links
How to connect and verify your own pre-save domain.
By default the links use uxem.com.co. You can connect your own domain so your pre-saves use your brand.
Where
In Custom domains (opened from Pre-Save Management).
Steps
- Add the domain. Enter a Name and the domain. Recommended: a dedicated subdomain, for example
link.yourdomain.com. - Configure the DNS with your provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Hostinger…):
- A CNAME record for the subdomain pointing to our server.
- If you need to use the root domain (no subdomain), use an A record to the IP shown in the instructions.
- Click Verify DNS. DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate (usually, minutes).
- Once the DNS is verified, the SSL certificate is activated automatically.
The domain's statuses
Pending → DNS verified → Activating SSL → Active.
Using it on a release
With the domain Active, you choose it in each release's pre-save settings (Appearance → Custom domain). You can mark one as Primary.
SSL renews on its own; you'll see a notice if something fails.
