Campaign statuses
The statuses a playlist campaign moves through, from submission to close.
A playlist campaign moves through these statuses.
Draft
You're configuring it (release, budget, add-ons). It hasn't been paid yet.
Pending payment
You've confirmed it and the payment still needs to be completed.
Paid (awaiting start)
The payment is done. The campaign is queued to start.
In progress
The campaign is active: curators are being contacted and the playlists that accept or reject it are being recorded.
Completed
The campaign finished its cycle. The final figures remain in the panel: playlists contacted, active and rejected.
Cancelled
The campaign was stopped before completing.
Other flows
- An editorial pitch follows its own path: Draft → Submitted → Under Review → Approved → Sent to platforms (or Rejected). See Pitching to editorial playlists.
