When platforms report

The lag between consumption and reporting, and why the recent balance is incomplete.

Updated 1 day ago

Platforms don't report in real time.

The lag

Each platform sends a period's report (usually a month) weeks or months after the consumption happens. Typically, a month's data arrives one to three months later.

Each platform at its own pace

Each one has its own delivery schedule. The same month can be complete for some platforms and still pending for others.

Preliminary and confirmed

Many platforms first send a preliminary figure and, later, a confirmed report with the final numbers. See Adjustments and corrections.

What it means for you

Your balance for the current month and the previous one is almost always incomplete. It's normal and not an error.
