I can't upload an audio file

Quick checks

1. Format and quality: use the format and quality UXEM asks for. A compressed file or an unsupported format is rejected.
2. Size and connection: uncompressed audio files are large. On an unstable connection the upload can drop; retry it.
3. Track status: audio can only be changed while the track is editable (Draft or Requires Changes). On a distributed release you use audio replacement.
4. File name: avoid unusual characters or very long names.

If it still fails

Open a ticket stating the format, the file size and the exact error message.
