My payout hasn't arrived
What to check when you're expecting a royalty payout.

Quick checks
- Balance status: in your balance, check whether the money is in Pending or Confirmed. Only the Available balance is payable (UXEM has already collected it from the platforms).
- Payout account: that it's Verified and active.
- Tax information: complete in your profile.
- Certificate: readable and in the account holder's name.
- A previous failed payout can hold up the next one.
If everything is in order
If there's an Available balance unpaid after the usual cycle, open a ticket with the period and the expected amount.
