My release isn't showing up
What to check when a release isn't on a platform.

Quick checks
- Status: in Releases, check it's Distributed. If it's in Draft, In Review or Requires Changes, it hasn't been sent to stores yet.
- Date: the release date has already passed.
- Time: after approval, each store takes 2 to 7 days.
- Platform and country: that platform is among the selected ones and operates in the country you're searching from.
- Search: search by the exact title and by the artist name.
If it still doesn't appear
See If your release doesn't appear for the detail, or open a ticket with the release, the platform and the country.
