If your release doesn't appear
What to check before opening a ticket when a release isn't on a platform.
Before contacting support, run these checks.
1. Check the release status
In Releases, look at the status:
- Draft / In Review / Quality Control — it hasn't been distributed yet.
- Requires Changes — there are pending fixes; the release doesn't move forward until you resubmit.
- Distributed — it's been sent to the platforms.
- Taken Down — it was removed from all platforms.
2. Check the date and elapsed time
- That the release date has already passed.
- That the processing days have elapsed (2 to 7 days, depending on the platform). See Why timing differs by store.
3. Check territories and platforms
- That the platform you're looking on is among the selected ones.
- That the country you're searching from is within your territories and that the platform operates there (see Availability by territory).
4. Search properly
Search by the exact title and by the artist name. Also try the release link if you have it.
If it still doesn't appear
Contact us with: the release, the specific platform, the country you're searching from, and a screenshot of the search.
