A release's change history
What history information you see on the release page and how to request the full record.
Every action on a release — submissions, approvals, edits, artist or platform changes, takedown and restore — is recorded with its date and its author.
What you see on the release
On the release's view page you see:
- The current status.
- The date of the last status change.
- The reason for the change, when applicable: for example, the "Requires changes" notes.
Notifications
You receive an email when the release's status changes and when the team requests changes. Those emails are part of the trail of what has happened with the release.
The full record
The detailed log of every action isn't shown in full in your panel.
If you need the complete record for a release — for an audit, a handover or a dispute — contact us with the release.
