Catalog states

How each release's status is reflected in the list and what each one implies.

Updated 1 day ago

Every release in the catalog always has one of these six statuses. The full detail is in What each status means; this article summarizes how they appear in the catalog.

How they're shown

  • On each row, the status appears with a color.
  • The tabs at the top group releases by status and show how many there are in each.

What each status implies for the catalog

  • Draft — you're preparing it. Not submitted yet. Editable.
  • In Review — submitted; the team is reviewing it. Not editable.
  • Quality Control — final check before approval. Not editable.
  • Distributed — approved and in stores. Editing it sends it back to review.
  • Requires Changes — sent back with notes to fix. Editable.
  • Taken Down — removed from all platforms. Restorable.

Filtering by status

To work with only part of the catalog, use the tab for the corresponding status (see Search and filter releases).
