Restore a taken-down release
How to return a taken-down release to distribution and what happens next.
A release in the Taken Down status can be returned to distribution. See also Take down a release.
How to restore it
- Open the taken-down release.
- Click Restore Release.
- Select at least one platform to distribute to again. You can choose all of them or just some.
- Confirm.
What happens next
The release goes back to In Review and must be approved again before publishing. It goes through the same checks as a new release, so it's not instant.
The selected platforms are set pending distribution and are activated once the release is approved.

The release owner or the UXEM team.
