Data by release and track

How to narrow analytics down to a single release or track with the filters, and how to read the top releases and top tracks tables.

Updated 1 day ago

On the Revenue Analytics page you can narrow every figure down to a specific release or track using the filters. It's not a separate view: it's the same charts and tables, recalculated for whatever you select.

Where to find it

In the Filters block at the top of the page:

  • Start Month and End Month — the month range.
  • Platform, Artist, Release and Track.

Every change recalculates the whole page.

Viewing one release's data

  1. Open Filters.
  2. In Release, type the title and select it. You can pick several.
  3. The rest of the page now shows only that release.

To go back to the overall view, clear the field (All releases).

Viewing one track's data

Same as above, but with the Track field. If a report didn't include the track title, the track may appear identified by its ISRC code.

Combining filters

Filters stack: one specific track, on one specific platform, over a three-month range. Filters are saved to your session.

Top Releases and Top Tracks

Without filtering by a title, two tables give you the ranking for the period:

  • Top Releases — rank, release, artists, streams and royalties.
  • Top Tracks — rank, track, streams and royalties.

Things to keep in mind

  • Granularity is monthly.
  • Only what's already in loaded reports appears.
  • To see only the accumulated money per release, use Balance by release in the royalties section.
