Downloading reports
How to export your releases' report lines, what the file contains, and how long it lasts.
In Reports (Statistics group) you see the report lines as they arrived for your releases. You can export them to a file.
Generating the export
- Click Export Reports.
- Choose the date range. It's bounded by the dates you have data for.
- Optionally, limit it to certain platforms or releases.
- Confirm. The file is generated in the background.
What the file contains
A CSV with one row per report line: date range, country, currency, platform, artist, track title, ISRC, UPC, units and gross and net amounts.
Export history
Finished exports appear in Export History, with their download link and their status: Processing, Completed or Failed.
Each file expires after 7 days. If you need it later, generate it again with the same criteria.
